Pfister Werkzeugbau AG operates an electronic management system certified to ISO 9001 and 14001. Every employee is committed to actively supporting the quality standard to the best of their ability through a process of continuous improvement. Ongoing internal audits are used to improve and streamline processes and to train staff.
The fundamental requirement of our quality policy is customer satisfaction and the creation of added value for our customers.
Environmental management and the occupational safety of our employees are high priorities at Pfister Werkzeugbau AG. To comply with EKAS requirements, we use the industry solution provided by the Plastics Association. Our continuous improvement process (CIP) is embraced by everyone and enables us to drive innovation forward.
The challenge of our time: environmental protection is a matter of attitude, but also a significant investment. We place great emphasis on energy conservation and reducing waste throughout the entire value chain. By using renewable energy and minimising waste, we strive to reduce our environmental footprint. We take climate change seriously and are actively committed to sustainable solutions within our company. We also place great importance on collaborating with partners who also pursue sustainable practices. Our employees receive ongoing training to develop innovative ideas for improving our environmental performance.
